- Please make sure that a previously owned instrument has been serviced sometime before school starts. Especially if it is an older instrument, it will need a tune-up before we can begin in August. Do not wait to have it serviced, as there will likely be a very long turn-around time the closer we get to school starting.

- Please contact Ms.Burdek ([email protected]) before purchasing to make sure that this instrument is from a well-made manufacturer and will be suited for school. BEWARE! - there are a lot of “instrument-shaped objects” being sold at large chain retail stores, garage sales, and the internet for what seems like a good deal, but do not play in tune, break easily, and in most cases are not able to be repaired. Our experience is that in most cases, these "bargain instruments" end up costing families more in the long run, and are frustrating to play. Do not hesitate to reach out and ask for assistance!
